Symbols

Some symbols that are relacted to Masculine Muscular bodies suchs as the mantel piece on trophies. They show the symbol of masculine, being a hero and number one in the world just like how Heracles was a god. Also his club weapon is a symbol of many meaning today. They are used by police, but they are called batons, so show power and authority. Also they are used for Recreational use, such as baseball, portraying power accuracy and strength. Heracles was very much like an athlete that was like a champion wrestler, fighter and archer. The Lion skin that Heracles traveled around in can be a symbol of victory and wealth, how people have lion skin carpets because they are rich, as well as victory even killing a lion on safari (or poaching).

About Heracles

Hercules is the Roman name after the Greek God Named Heracles. He was the son of a God, Zeus, son of mortal, Alcmene, a foster son to Amphitryon and a great grandson to Perseus (whom turned out to be a half brother as well). He was Strongest of all mortals, due to being half a god, but still considered as a full god. He was born from Alcmene then was given up and lived with Zeus and Hera. Hera didn’t like Heracles, the fact he was born from a mortal. One day baby Heracles was breast feeding on Hera then bit her nipple. Hera got angry and threw baby Heracles in his cot then later try to assassinate him and put two snakes in his cot. She then later checked up on Baby Heracles and saw him, with no harm done to him, but both snakes strangled in both of his baby hands.

Appearance:
Hercules was a very large and masculine man who was skilled in wrestling and possessed super human strength. He had a full face beard like the beard’s they have in the movie 300. He had a very broad shoulder, wide chest, biceps that could curl 100kg dumbbells on a first set, massive traps that would stick out when wearing a toga and tree trunk legs that could lift up columns in a flex of an ankle. Heracles is usually sculpted where he has a tree trunk or a branch which looks like a bat or blunt weapon.

Adventures:
Some of the adventures that Heracles had journeyed, avoiding any assassination attempts from his step mother Hera. But the most recited adventures he was known for was the 12 Labours. Heracles had to accomplish all these labours to atone his crime. Heracles’ crime was the murder of his children, after being driven to madness by Hera. These labours were treated as a punishment. First Labour he had was to slay the Mighty and Dangerous Nemean Lion, which was more of a beast rather then a large cat. Heracle defeated the lion by closing it off in a cave then took it down with his bare hands and wore the lion as a cloak with the lion’s head being a helmet. Second labour was to take down the intimidating Lernaean Hydra which looked like a giant serpent with a lizard/dragon’s body and came with 9 heads. Heracles overcame this Labor by getting the help from Iolaus searing the serpent’s neck with a torch. Heracles would have eventually ended up cutting each head off and Iolaus prevented them from growing back. The third Labor was to capture Cerynitian hind which was a female deer with golden horns. It was a sacred to Artemis (being the god of the hunt). Heracles eventually hunted this deer down after a year and carefully aimed his bow pinning its forelegs down without making it bleed. Artemis found out and wasn’t very happy with Heracles but he eventually told Atremis and Blamed his taskmaster for the Labor, so he was saved from her wrath. He ended up completing all his labours and lived happily ever after until he was poisoned and died.
